ALLIANCE BANK BIZSMART® BUSINESS CONFERENCE: A BATIK‑INSPIRED EXPERIENCE
In celebration of culture, identity, and unity, the Alliance Bank BizSmart® Business Conference draws inspiration from batik - a timeless symbol of Malaysian culture, craftsmanship, and individuality. This year, the conference brings together the 13 states of Malaysia under one roof, creating a shared space that celebrates diversity while reinforcing a strong collective identity.
At the heart of this experience are unique batik motifs specially designed to represent each state, with every design inspired by the state’s official flower - an emblem of heritage, pride, and character. These motifs reflect the distinct stories and strengths of each state, coming together to form a meaningful visual expression of unity and collaboration.
Attendees are encouraged to wear batik or batik‑inspired elements, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere that honours our roots while embracing progress. As these motifs converge, they symbolise a shared aspiration - to grow, evolve, and bloom globally together, celebrating how Malaysia’s diverse identities can thrive collectively on a broader stage.
THE THEME: FROM LOCAL CHAMPIONS TO NATIONAL ICONS
The theme “From Local Champions to National Icons” celebrates homegrown individuals and brands that have risen beyond their beginnings - while remaining deeply connected to their roots.
This reflects the pride in where one comes from, recognising that every state and every community plays a role in shaping Malaysia’s business landscape. By spotlighting leaders, speakers, and brands alongside their respective hometowns across all 13 states, we unite them under a shared identity - affirming that each journey is one of local pride and national impact.

No refunds or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances, except as provided under conditions relating to Event cancellation or postponement.
2. Ticket transfers may be allowed subject to the Organiser’s approval and must be requested before the stipulated transfer deadline. All transfer requests must be submitted via email to ABBBC Business (enquiryabbbc@gmail.com). The Organiser reserves the right to approve or reject such requests.
3. The Ticket Buyer is solely responsible for all tickets purchased. Luma, the Venue Owner, and the Organiser are under no obligation to reissue, exchange, or provide compensation for any tickets.
4. Accepted payment methods include Local Bank Transfers (FPX), VISA, and MasterCard credit cards.
5. Upon successful payment, a Transaction Confirmation and E‑ticket(s) containing a Ticket ID (QR code) will be sent to the Ticket Buyer’s registered email address. Please ensure that a valid email address is provided. Luma and/or the Organiser shall not be responsible for any non‑delivery resulting from incorrect or invalid email details supplied.
6. Luma and/or the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or interruption of internet connectivity during the payment process. In the event that a payment is successfully charged but seats are not secured, a full refund of the charged amount will be processed.
7. Tickets must be redeemed in accordance with instructions provided by the Organiser. E‑tickets must be presented upon entry, and the identity of the ticket holder may be recorded by event personnel for verification purposes.
8. The Venue Owner and/or the Organiser reserve the right to refuse entry and/or conduct security checks on participants. Prohibited items may include, but are not limited to, alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, and recording equipment.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute speakers or panelists, and to amend programme content, event schedules, seating arrangements, or venue capacity without prior notice.
10. The Organiser and/or Venue Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt, or terminate the Event due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser.
