​Souls Connect Meet up

​This month's meetup opens with a 20-minute Deep Dance Journey, facilitated by Laura of The Hummingbird Life. A fully immersive journey with headphones, it offers a way to arrive fully present — to drop into the body, feel what's there, and meet the people around us with something more honest beyond small talk.

​Laura holds space for group work like few people do, and believes that the medicine we're looking for is already within us. Movement is one of Lau's best medicines.

​This gathering also marks a small farewell: Laura leaves Singapore this November. Between this and her first Deep Dance with us, she's given this community something rare — we wanted to say thank you before she goes.
