About Event

R&Breathe is not your average breathwork class.

Designed for anyone ready to find release and relaxation through their breath alongside the soothing, familiar sounds of R&B.

Created by Mo Hiromoto, former music industry executive turned wellness practitioner, R&Breathe is where her worlds collide.

No experience required, bring a mat, water & what ever makes you most comfy. Mo will guide you the whole way.

Come for the playlist. Stay for the release. Leave feeling lighter.

Tickets are nonrefundable. Transfers to a future R&Breathe class may be requested at least 24 hours before class. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund or transfer.
