The Decision Lab - Bring your decision. Leave with momentum.
You have already used every tool available to help think this through, yet the decision is still sitting there. The missing ingredient is rarely more data, but a question from someone who is not inside the problem with you could change the game.
The Decision Lab is a working session for people navigating real decisions with real consequences. Every attendee works their decision through individual reflection and small group collaboration. One decision goes further, into a live fishbowl in front of the full room.
Who Should Attend: Anyone sitting on a decision they have not been able to move on. If you have done the thinking, weighed the options, and are still not moving, this session was built for you.
What to Expect:
Individual reflection. Before sharing your decision with anyone in the room, you work through a structured set of questions designed to surface what is actually stuck.
Small group work (Triads). Saying it out loud to two humans who ask real questions in real time breaks the internal loop that keeps decisions stuck.
Live fishbowl. In the fishbowl the room does not watch. It works. Everyone's questions and observations are the tools. What gets surfaced in someone else's decision almost always clarifies your own.
When you register you will be asked whether you are open to having your decision worked in the fishbowl. There is no obligation. Everyone in the room contributes regardless.
Named next step. Every session closes with a named next step owned by the decision maker.
Facilitated by Amy Illarde, CPC, ELI-MP Amy Illarde, CPC ELI-MP, is the founder of human.heart.work., a decision systems practice for individuals and teams. She has spent her career inside high stakes healthcare environments where decisions that matter most rarely have clean answers. She listens closely, holds the room with care, and names what is not being named. Sessions are open, grounded, and safe by design.
Community Agreement: Decisions require vulnerability. What gets worked in this room stays in this room. That is the agreement everyone registers into.
This is a pilot session offered at no cost. If the format resonates, The Decision Lab will become a monthly paid event.
