Only 21% of European founders are women. Behind that number lie many different challenges: from access to funding and networks, to confidence, representation, and structural barriers within the startup ecosystem.

Our goal is to empower young women to pursue their dreams by connecting them with role models and putting successful women in the spotlight.

This event is open to all genders, because empowering women benefits all.

START Vienna is a student-run initiative that supports young, aspiring entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to startup, through workshops, mentorship, and a strong community.

 by bringing together members of the startup ecosystem and students, for an evening of honest conversations and real connections, because change starts with seeing what's possible and building the network to get there.

That's exactly what our panel talk is about: hearing directly from women who've built their own paths, so you can picture your own.

After the panel, participants will join small-group discussions with our speakers. Each Table Captain will host either a focused deep-dive conversation or an open Q&A.
