​Only 21% of European founders are women. Behind that number lie many different challenges: from access to funding and networks, to confidence, representation, and structural barriers within the startup ecosystem.

​That's why we at START Vienna created SheSTART: Women in Entrepreneurship.
Our goal is to empower young women to pursue their dreams by connecting them with role models and putting successful women in the spotlight.
This event is open to all genders, because empowering women benefits all.

START Vienna is a student-run initiative that supports young, aspiring entrepreneurs on their journey from idea to startup, through workshops, mentorship, and a strong community.

We bring this mission to life with SheSTART by bringing together members of the startup ecosystem and students, for an evening of honest conversations and real connections, because change starts with seeing what's possible and building the network to get there.
