The Marketing Crew sits at the intersection of marketing and people.

Based in Barcelona (for now), we bring together marketers and hiring minds to talk openly about growth, careers, and what’s next.

The Marketing Crew

In this hands-on weekend you build the operating layer first, then a content machine, a campaign analysis loop and a GTM workflow, all on your own marketing context.

, Head of AI at Brain3, co-founder of Nuvia.ai (AI agents deployed across 80+ clients) and former McKinsey consultant who has led growth, performance marketing and data teams in Brazil and the US.

Morning: Prompt, Context and Loop Engineering

Build the operating layer first, so the workflows you create later are actually reusable.

structure instructions, constraints and deliverables for repeatable outputs

package your brandbook, ICP, examples and source material so agents work with the right context

turn a manual process into a clear sequence before automating it

define the quality bar, reviewer logic, logs and iteration rules

convert a process into a reusable skill you can run again and improve

what makes an agent workflow robust rather than fragile

Build your first workflow end to end, from context and ideas to publish-ready content.

structure for research, hooks, writing, review and repurposing

turn source material, references and opinions into useful briefs

specialized agents for outlines, drafts, rewrites and channel adaptation

voice, quality and brand-consistency checks before anything ships

turn one strong asset into multiple formats without losing the core idea

a content workflow you can run again next week to the same standard

Teach your system to read the numbers, diagnose performance and turn analysis into action.

organize campaign, CRM and funnel data so analysis starts from the right inputs

turn raw numbers into conclusions, priorities and next questions

reusable weekly or campaign-level outputs for humans and agents

connect findings to hypotheses, tests and budget decisions

make analysis useful for action, not just dashboards

Build the workflow that turns signals into pipeline: targeting, triage, qualification and outreach.

identify the demand and intent signals that matter for your market

prioritize accounts and leads with rules that match your real targeting logic

sourcing and enrichment flows that feed the workflow with usable prospects

warm and cold outreach with personalization points and campaign logic

filter, score and route leads before human handoff

a blueprint for a predictable lead-generation workflow you can keep improving

One year of access to exclusive content, events and the community, plus a platform with a directory of workflows, skills and tools.
