Claude for Marketers: Weekend Intensive
Two days. Three working systems. In person and with the coolest crew.
In this hands-on weekend you build the operating layer first, then a content machine, a campaign analysis loop and a GTM workflow, all on your own marketing context.
You leave with all three running.
Led by Yuri Kaminski, Head of AI at Brain3, co-founder of Nuvia.ai (AI agents deployed across 80+ clients) and former McKinsey consultant who has led growth, performance marketing and data teams in Brazil and the US.
📅 DAY ONE · Saturday, 14 November
Morning: Prompt, Context and Loop Engineering
Build the operating layer first, so the workflows you create later are actually reusable.
• Prompt architecture: structure instructions, constraints and deliverables for repeatable outputs
• Context design: package your brandbook, ICP, examples and source material so agents work with the right context
• Workflow mapping: turn a manual process into a clear sequence before automating it
• Quality and review loops: define the quality bar, reviewer logic, logs and iteration rules
• Skill creation: convert a process into a reusable skill you can run again and improve
• System design principles: what makes an agent workflow robust rather than fragile
Afternoon: The AI Content Machine
Build your first workflow end to end, from context and ideas to publish-ready content.
• Content system design: structure for research, hooks, writing, review and repurposing
• Research workflows: turn source material, references and opinions into useful briefs
• Writing agents: specialized agents for outlines, drafts, rewrites and channel adaptation
• Review agents: voice, quality and brand-consistency checks before anything ships
• Repurposing logic: turn one strong asset into multiple formats without losing the core idea
• Shipping workflow: a content workflow you can run again next week to the same standard
📅 DAY TWO · Sunday, 15 November
Morning: Campaign Analysis
Teach your system to read the numbers, diagnose performance and turn analysis into action.
• Data context: organize campaign, CRM and funnel data so analysis starts from the right inputs
• Diagnostic prompts: explain what changed, where and why
• Performance synthesis: turn raw numbers into conclusions, priorities and next questions
• Reporting workflows: reusable weekly or campaign-level outputs for humans and agents
• Experiment ideas: connect findings to hypotheses, tests and budget decisions
• Decision support: make analysis useful for action, not just dashboards
Afternoon: The GTM Workflow
Build the workflow that turns signals into pipeline: targeting, triage, qualification and outreach.
• Signal capture: identify the demand and intent signals that matter for your market
• ICP triage: prioritize accounts and leads with rules that match your real targeting logic
• List building: sourcing and enrichment flows that feed the workflow with usable prospects
• Outbound sequences: warm and cold outreach with personalization points and campaign logic
• Qualifying agents: filter, score and route leads before human handoff
• Pipeline system: a blueprint for a predictable lead-generation workflow you can keep improving
