Donna began her career in New York City in the 1980s, assisting on some of the most prestigious Broadway and Off-Broadway productions of the era, including 

. She later transitioned to film and moved to Los Angeles, where she spent 15 years as a top executive in the feature film department at 

, Ben Affleck’s directorial debut, Donna continued working in independent film with filmmakers including 

. Films she has cast have screened at Sundance, South by Southwest, and in theaters in Los Angeles and New York. Her current focus is supporting the next generation of actors and filmmakers as they build sustainable careers. She has lectured at Columbia University, UCLA, USC, and the Krzysztof Kieślowski Film School through ICDA.
