WHAT IT IS
A three-day working retreat at Valle Nevado, Chile's largest ski resort, 90 minutes from Santiago at nearly 10,000 feet.
Each day pairs structured business sessions with time on the slopes and group dinners. It's run jointly by Entrepreneurs House and Phantom Stays, bringing both communities into the same room.
This is a small, focused gathering.

THE THREE DAYS
Morning — Mastermind sessions. Facilitated deep dives on growth, scaling, systems, and leadership. Same small groups each day, so the conversations build.
Afternoon — On the mountain. Over 7,000 acres of interconnected terrain across Valle Nevado, La Parva, and El Colorado — the largest ski domain in the Southern Hemisphere. All levels welcome.
Evening — Group dinners and fireside discussions. Where the real conversations happen, including a final-night Summit Pledge: each founder names the one goal they're taking off the mountain, and the room holds them to it.

Largest ski domain in the Southern Hemisphere. Connected to neighboring La Parva and El Colorado.
A full mountain village. Three on-mountain hotels plus apartment residences, restaurants, and shops, all within walking distance. The new Aconcagua Ski Residences open for the 2026 season.
Reliable snow. Base elevation of 3,000m (9,800 ft) means a longer, more consistent season than any other resort in the region.

Entrepreneurs House and Phantom Stays run the program the sessions, the group, the experience. That's what's included.
Each founder books and pays for their own lodging, lift tickets, food and flights directly with the resort. We send a guide with recommended dates and where to stay, so booking is simple and you pay the resort directly no marked-up package, no markup from us.
FAQ
Do I need to be an advanced skier? No. The mountain has terrain for every level. Plenty of attendees are here for the room as much as the runs.
What's included, and what do I pay for? The program — masterminds, fireside discussions, and the group — is provided by Entrepreneurs House and Phantom Stays. You book and pay for your own lodging, lift tickets, and flights directly with the resort.
