​THE ANNUAL

​One weekend a year, the whole House sits at the same table.

​The Annual is Entrepreneurs House at full strength: every member, one room, three days built around the work that moves a company and a life. No badges, no ballrooms, no pitching. The calibre of the room is the product, and this is the weekend the room is complete.

​Thursday evening:

​The Opening Table. We begin the way everything at EH begins, at dinner. Arrive, land, and find the people you will build your year with.

​Friday:

​The Mastermind. A full working day. A headline speaker who has operated at the level you are aiming for. Hot seats where real numbers and real decisions go on the table. Breakout workshops built around what members are working on right now, not a conference agenda written months ago. Phones down. What is said in the room stays in the room.

​Saturday:

​The Play Day. Partners join. One short morning workshop for everyone, then the day belongs to play. The relationships that carry this community are built here, shoulder to shoulder, not at a podium.

​Sunday:

​The Closing Brunch. One round, every voice: the commitment you are taking into the year, said out loud to people who will hold you to it. Then home.
