All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, or weather conditions.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or sell your ticket to someone else. You may do this directly by sharing your ticket confirmation with the new attendee. The new ticket holder will be granted access to the event.

In the rare case that the event is canceled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will not be issued in this case.
