LADIES! All you need to do is show up. Wear your most relaxed Sunday vibe, think elevated loungewear, your favorite swimsuit or honestly whatever you rolled out of bed in. There's no dress code here. Just come as you are and let the rest take care of itself.
Red light therapy. Cold plunge. Sauna. Massage chairs. Vibrational beds. And the kind of conversations that stay with you long after you leave.
What to wear ? Keep it simple, wear your swimsuit underneath your athleisure or cozy clothes so you’re ready to jump right in. We want you getting the most out of every minute! 5pm -7pm, Evolve Social Wellness off 290

What to bring:
🩱 Swimsuit - required for cold plunge
👟 Sandals or easy slip off shoes - shoeless facility
💧 Water bottle - especially before sauna and cold plunge
They do have a small changing room and lockers if you to change.
Come ready to move between stations at your own pace + connect with incredible humans and just fully reset.
