THE SETUP
You've been through MTP. This takes it further — a full day built for members ready to move from trained moderator to a moderator other Forums actually want running their room.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A full-day, hands-on continuation of your MTP training — live practice, real feedback, and the harder moderator skills that only show up once you've already run a few sessions.
