​How to Scale Deliberately - Intentional Leadership

​This will be a confidential, facilitated roundtable to explore what intentional leadership looks like in practice, through real experiences and candid conversations with other founders.

​We’ll explore questions such as:

• ​What are you currently trying to change in the way you lead?

• ​What leadership behaviours do you need to practise more consistently?

• ​Where do you struggle to maintain discipline when pressure increases?

• ​What do you know you should do differently, but find difficult to repeat consistently?

• ​What needs to become a habit for you or your leadership team as the company grows?

​This is not a networking event, a pitch session or a traditional leadership workshop.

​It’s a space to step back from the immediate pressures of running the company, compare experiences with other scale-up founders and gain perspective on how you want to lead the next stage.

​Participation is free but selective. We curate the group around founders who are past the early stage and navigating increasing business and leadership complexity, typically those with €800k+ revenue and 10+ employees, while ensuring the right mix of experiences and perspectives in the room.
