Rebel Networking: Mindfulness
Hey gang!
Our next Rebel Business Networking session is here!
We’re excited to spotlight something different this time: Authenticity, Belonging, and Purpose.
In the Age of AI, it feels more urgent than ever to remember and connect with our desires, goals, and values to stay grounded, but most of all, to stay HUMAN. ❤️
These are the core pillars of "The Mindfulness Journey" 🌀
Gabriela Corvetto founded this project to create and hold space for people to connect with themselves through mindfulness, coaching, and community building.
Here is what we have lined up for the evening:
The Story: Gabriela will kick things off by sharing the personal journey that led her (almost forced her) to unfold a new path and bring to life something she didn’t have when she needed it the most. As the saying goes: "If it doesn’t exist, create it."
The Myth-Busting: Gabriela will make sure we all know what mindfulness is NOT (Interactive part) 😊
The Practice: Because "Awareness without action is just theory," she will guide us through two short mindfulness exercises (one with chocolate!) to help us anchor into the present moment so, we can finally engage into the networking part with a different perspective, completely off the autopilot.
After that, it's business as usual! We will continue connecting, sharing ideas, and exploring new opportunities together.
So, even if mindfulness (or chocolate!) isn’t your thing (yet), come along, meet great people, and keep building our community.
