​PILATES BY THE DOURO: SUNSET EDITION

​A SUNSET PILATES SESSION IN THE GARDEN, HOSTED BY INSTRUCTOR MARTA LIBERAL.

​This summer, join us for a Pilates Mat Flow class with Marta Liberal, hosted in The Rebello's garden with the Douro as your backdrop.

​A 45-minute full-body practice designed to build strength, improve mobility and reconnect you to your own breath. Expect fluid transitions, controlled movement and a calm, focused rhythm, energising without being overwhelming, grounding without being still. All levels are welcome, with thoughtful modifications throughout.

​After class, we'll slow things down with a mocktail and healthy snacks before you carry that post-Pilates feeling up to Bello Rooftop, where all participants enjoy 15% off, valid on the same day.
