About Event

Solana Breakpoint 2026 runs November 15–17 at Olympia London, the first time Solana's flagship conference has come to the UK. The Solana Foundation expects more than 7,000 attendees from over 100 countries in the Victorian exhibition hall on Hammersmith Road.

On November 18, GetBlock's core team, led by CEO Vasily Rudomanov, meets online to go through what we saw and heard there.

We're keeping to one angle: infrastructure.

Upgrades get announced from the main stage. RPC providers and trading teams then spend months building around them. That second part is our daily work, so it's where this conversation stays.

Five questions on the table:

  • Solana data for traders. How quickly can a desk get it, and how much work does it take to turn raw chain data into something a strategy can use?

  • Indexed Solana. RPC tells you the current state of the chain. History and decoded program activity need an index, so we'll talk about who builds them and how far behind the chain head they run.

  • Yellowstone gRPC became the default way to stream accounts and transactions. Is it still the holy grail, or are raw shred feeds and Yellowstone-compatible managed streams taking over?

  • DoubleZero now carries traffic for validators holding most of Solana's stake, and its Edge feed offers raw shreds on subscription. What does a private fiber layer mean for everyone still reading data over the public internet?

  • Alpenglow, Solana's new consensus, targets finality of around 150 milliseconds, down from about 12 seconds. What it actually changes for commitment levels and confirmation logic in trading bots?

Vasily has been building cloud infrastructure since 2003 and blockchain infrastructure since 2019, so expect firm opinions.

Bring your own questions; we'll keep time for them, and anything that can't wait can go to Vasily on Telegram at @GetVasily.

The session is online and open to anyone. Register below to get the link.

About GetBlock

Headquartered in Singapore, GetBlock powers blockchain applications on more than 130 chains. Its infrastructure runs on 1,000+ servers across data centers in Frankfurt, New York, and Singapore and is SOC 2 Type II and GDPR compliant.

For Solana teams, GetBlock covers the node layer and the data built on top of it:

  • Shared Nodes handle most RPC workloads on compute-unit plans. Teams that outgrow CU billing move to Limitless Nodes with fixed RPS and no CU caps, or to Dedicated Nodes on bare metal with unthrottled RPS.

  • Solana Market Data delivers normalized trades and OHLCV candles in windows from 1 second to 24 hours over WebSocket or HTTP. TWAP and VWAP benchmarks come on the same plan.

  • Market SQL opens Solana swap and token launch tables to plain SQL through a ClickHouse-compatible interface. It's built for backtesting and research.

  • Historical Data Streams backfill Solana history over the block range you pick and deliver it as filtered JSON into your own database or cloud storage, with reorgs handled on our side.
