Vietnam Venture #4 | INSIDE A DEAL IN VIETNAM: How Deals Are Structured, Funded & Executed
INSIDE A DEAL IN VIETNAM: How Deals Are Structured, Funded & Executed
Vietnam continues to attract businesses and investors, but turning opportunity into growth requires more than market potential. The right deal structure, funding strategy and execution can determine how successfully a transaction moves forward.
This session brings together three perspectives - advisor, investor and banking partner - to take you inside how deals are structured, funded and executed in Vietnam, from bridging valuation gaps and preparing for investment to navigating cross-border capital flows.
What to Expect
Deal Structuring & Value: How valuation gaps, deal terms and ownership structures shape value and risk.
Investor Perspectives: What investors look for beyond revenue and valuation, from management to scalability.
Cross-Border Capital: How funding moves across jurisdictions, what banks require, and where transactions can get delayed.
Deal Execution: Practical insights on preparing for fundraising, investment and growth transactions in Vietnam.
Networking Opportunities: Connect with founders, business owners, investors, advisors and banking professionals in Vietnam.
