The Dopamine Dropout Club
Feeling foggy, distracted, and stuck in low-motivation mode? Sometimes want to throw your phone or laptop on the floor? ; )
It’s not your fault — your dopamine’s probably dysregulated!
We live in a world that keeps us scrolling, snacking, chasing highs — but what if the real fix isn’t more stimulation… it’s balance?
Join us for a chill, interactive workshop and community - where learning meets fun and jokes.
We’ll explore:
What dopamine really is (and why it’s running your life)
The link between burnout, habits & your nervous system
Practical tools to regulate and reset
Partner & group activities, games, and grounded fun
This isn’t another “productivity” session.
It’s a space to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your focus, energy, and creativity — without shame or pressure. As well as get clearer on what needs to change to have more peace of mind and potential 'blindspots' keeping you stuck!
Whether you’re curious about self-development, neuroscience, or just want to meet like minded humans desiring a life with more purpose, clarity and real energy - craving real shifts and owning their own B.S! Are you passionate about the ripple effect of transformation and looking within?
It’s not your fault — it’s your dopamine.
Please bring a notepad, pen and water : )
