About Event

If you’re a woman in a corporate environment, you’ve probably experienced a pattern that the more authority you gain, the more alone you feel. The resulting isolation is one reason women leave the workforce at record rates.

Emily Honor Hubbard knows this terrain firsthand. She’s a mechanical engineer who built her career in international manufacturing, including Ford Motor Company, before founding Empathic Engineering. Emily has spent years navigating technical, male-dominated environments while researching empathy development and coaching thousands of professionals through the same challenges.

In this session, Emily introduces the Problem-Solving Pyramid, a framework that positions empathy, trust, and connection as the foundation for the communication and problem-solving skills that earn lasting credibility.

Attendees will leave with practical strategies for building authority that draws people closer rather than pushing them away, along with a clearer sense of how to create the self-sustaining community that makes a long career in technical and corporate spaces feel possible.
