About Aydeli Rios Vazquez
Aydeli is the founder and director of Guapalita Empowering Equality, an NGO focused on developing inclusive feminine leadership competencies for all, as well as the founder and president of the communities NURA LATINA Leader Women in MENA and Women Beyond Borders. These groups mainly focus on supporting continuous learning for expat women in the region and networking with local entities. Aydeli manages Inspirisa Professional Training & Development Consultancy-FZCO, a digital platform committed to developing inclusive global leaders in organizations and building bridges between the Middle East and the world.
She holds a B.A. in International Relations and master's degrees in Psycho-Pedagogy and Digital Project Management. Currently, she is conducting a research in Women Leadership and Entrepreneurship in the region for the University of Tuebingen and promotes startup capital investors. Since 2022, Aydeli has been based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
