Women Who Lead | Coffee, Conversation & the Reality of Leading People
Leading people can be brilliant, rewarding, messy, frustrating and sometimes surprisingly lonely.
And there’s a lot about leadership no one really teaches you.
Women Who Lead is a small breakfast for women who lead people to connect, talk honestly about the realities of leadership and learn from each other.
No awkward networking.
No pitching.
No pretending you have leadership completely figured out.
Just good coffee, useful conversations and a table of women who understand what it’s actually like to lead people.
We'll be a small group of 8–10 women, so we can get beyond surface-level introductions and have a proper conversation about the things we're actually navigating as leaders - confidence, difficult conversations, delegation, performance, boundaries, team dynamics, change and everything in between.

The things no one teaches you about leading people.
We’ll start with one simple question:
What’s one thing about leading people that you weren’t prepared for?
We'll share experiences and what's worked for us, and we'll unpack some of the real leadership challenges around the table together.
There’ll also be a Leadership Clinic, where we’ll take one or two situations people are currently navigating and explore them as a group, with coaching and facilitation from me.
The idea is that you leave with something useful to take into your week, and hopefully a few new women in your corner too.
Who's it for?
Women who currently manage or lead people.
You might be in your first leadership role and figuring it out as you go, managing a small team, or have years of leadership experience behind you.
You don't need to have “Leader” in your job title. If you're responsible for leading people, there's a seat at the table.

I created Women Who Lead because I wanted a space for the honest conversations about leadership that we don't always get to have at work.
