Cosmopolitan Business Club UG (haftungsbeschränkt), its managing directors, employees, partners, sponsors, service providers, and cooperating parties shall, to the extent permitted by law, not be held liable for any personal injury, accidents, property damage, financial loss, theft, loss of personal belongings, or any other damages arising in connection with participation in its events.
This applies in particular to incidents occurring within event venues, outdoor areas, terraces, stairways, sanitary facilities, entrance areas, or any other areas provided by the respective venue, regardless of whether the event takes place at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin, restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, or any other event location.
