an arrayah silver lining residency
launching the arrayah silver lining residency 🌱
for everyone laid off past, current or future.
first: that sucks. we’re sorry 🫶
but here’s the thing, today
we can learn anything from anywhere.
talk to anyone from anywhere.
and with ai, build anything from anywhere.
so maybe… just maybe…
it’s time to create!
the residency is a few intense weeks where you keep showing up to the same place, with the same people, to take one thing you care about seriously.
for 6 week we give everyone,
a workspace.
a peer group of cracked humans.
a showcase day because impressive work needs to be shared.
we take no equity.
we take no cash payment.
you can be working on startups, music, research, installations, social experiments.
we believe if we take better care of the people creating,
we'll make our world more beautiful and vibrant than ever.
