Welcome + Opening Moments (10 min)
Settle in, meet your hosts, and receive a brief overview of the experience and our partner collaborations.
Guided Meditation (20 min)
An easy, accessible flow led by a studio instructor, designed to release tension and quiet the mind, followed by grounding breathwork and meditation.
Sound Bath Experience (20 min)
A deeply restorative sound bath to support relaxation and nervous system regulation, allowing you to fully settle into stillness.
Social Glow Moment (20 min)
Enjoy light conversation, photos, and curated gift bags featuring products from our wellness and beauty partners before heading into the rest of your day.
