Join us for an intimate evening designed for the overstimulated mind, blending MindSTILLness, mindful eating, and dinner conversation at Soho Grand.
We begin inside The Gallery at Soho Grand, a private street-level space inspired by SoHo’s artistic legacy, with its own dedicated entrance and bathrooms. There, guests will experience a TRANŚCEND LIVE session designed to help the mind slow down, switch OFF, and enter a deeper state of rest.
Afterward, we move into a private outdoor section at Soho Diner for a guided three-course mindful supper, where the meal becomes part of the practice.
What is MindSTILLness?
MindSTILLness is Vīrya’s approach to self-transcending meditation.
Rather than asking you to concentrate, control your thoughts, focus on your breath or “do” mindfulness, MindSTILLness helps the mind settle down naturally into a quieter, more restorative state, by doing "nothing".
The result is often felt as deep rest while still awake — a simple, effortless way to turn your mind OFF and feel renewed in minutes.

Designed for anyone feeling overstretched, mentally noisy, overextended, or simply in need of a beautiful pause, this evening brings together mental stillness, nourishment, and reflection. No prior meditation experience is required.
It is also for those who have experienced TRANŚCEND LIVE and understand that MindSTILLness is about triggering the mind’s natural self-transcending reflex. This evening offers another way to enter that state, then carry it into food, conversation, and deeper reflection.
For those who have already completed TRANŚCEND LEARN and learned how to trigger the mental self-transcending reflex on demand, Stillness & Supper is an opportunity to deepen the experience, reconnect to the state, and explore what becomes available when the mind is quieter, the body is more present, and conversation begins from stillness.
Stillness & Supper is a dinner experience built around the art of slowing down.
The evening begins with a MindSTILLness LIVE session, guided with live sound. This is not a sound bath in the usual sense. There is no concentration, no performance, and nothing to force. The practice is designed to help the mind settle naturally, allowing the body to move into a deeper state of renewal.
After the LIVE session, we move into a private outdoor section at Soho Diner for supper.
Participants will choose one starter, one main, one dessert, and one drink from the selected evening menu. Before the meal begins, we will guide a short mindful eating practice: noticing the chair beneath you, the scent of the food, the weight of the fork, the first bite, the texture, the act of chewing, swallowing, and feeling the body receive nourishment.
For the first few minutes, there will be no talking. Just food, attention, and the quiet after stillness.
The Experience
1. Arrival
Guests enter through The Gallery’s private street entrance at Soho Grand.
2. TRANŚCEND LIVE Dive session
A guided live session using sound to help state-shift the mind out of speed and into OFF, allowing guests to experience a deeper state of rest.
3. Move Into Supper
After the LIVE session, we move into Soho Diner for supper.
Soho Diner brings the ease of a classic American dining room into the spirit of modern SoHo: unfussy, social, familiar, and alive. It is the perfect setting to take the quiet of MindSTILLness and bring it back into food, conversation, and connection.
4. Guided Mindful Eating
Throughout supper, we will move through a few guided moments of mindful eating.
Food is usually something we move through quickly. We are conditioned to eat while talking, scrolling, performing, or rushing toward the next thing. But what if, for a few minutes, we slowed down enough to notice the simple act of receiving food — this nourishing, life-preserving exchange between the body, the senses, and the meal in front of us.
A gong will mark the beginning and end of this quiet portion.
No talking. No phones. No rush.
Just the meal, the body, and the awareness of receiving.
4. Supper
Supper will be served from Soho Grand’s selected evening menu.
Each guest will receive:
Shared starters for the table
One main
One dessert
One spirit-free cocktail
Additional drinks and menu add-ons may be ordered separately on the guest’s own tab.
The meal is not treated as a break from the experience. It is the second half of it.
After MindSTILLness, the senses are often more open. Taste becomes clearer. The body feels more present. Conversation becomes slower, more honest, and less performative.
This is supper as integration.
5. Dinner Conversation
A private dinner topic will be introduced at the event.
The theme will not be announced in advance. It is meant to be encountered in the room, after the mind has settled and the meal has begun.
About The Gallery + Soho Diner at Soho Grand
The evening begins at The Gallery at Soho Grand, a private street-level art gallery and event space in the heart of SoHo.
Inspired by the artistic legacy of the neighborhood, The Gallery offers a clean, intimate setting for live sound and stillness. The space features a stunning open floor plan spanning 1,345 sq. ft., with its own dedicated private street entrance and private bathrooms for guests.
After the LIVE session, guests will continue into Soho Diner for supper.
Soho Diner is a modern eatery that pays homage to the great American dining staple: a place where every stripe of the community can gather for a quality meal with friends, family, and new company. Blending the simple pleasures of a New York five-and-dime with the spirit of the city’s current dining scene, Soho Diner creates a friendly, unfussy setting for the second half of the evening.
For Stillness & Supper, Soho Diner becomes the place where the quiet after MindSTILLness meets food, reflection, and conversation.
