Do you want to challenge yourself in how you use AI in software development and update your skills?

Well, The Pod has put together something just for you : a two-day hackathon

​Whether you are a developer, technical lead, product-oriented profile, or AI practitioner, this hackathon is an opportunity to:

• ​collaborate with people from different companies and backgrounds,

• ​challenge your way of designing solutions,

• ​and leave with concrete learnings applicable to your daily work.

​Each team will also be supported by freelance experts and specialized AI professionals acting as participant-coaches throughout the challenge.

The event aims to bring together the developer community to collaborate on a concrete business challenge in a unique cross-company format.

​Event Format

​The hackathon is divided into two parts:

​Part 1 - Online Kick-off

🕔 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM
💻 Online via Discord

​The online session will introduce the challenge, present the teams, and allow participants to begin brainstorming before the in-person sprint.

• ​5:45 PM - Team introductions & brainstorming

• ​6:25 PM - Final Q&A

• ​6:30 PM - Closing

​Part 2 - In-Person Hackathon

📍 The POD
🕘 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Participants will work on a real-world use case, rethink workflows and methodologies, experiment with AI-assisted approaches, and develop practical solutions that can inspire future innovation within their own organizations.

​Breakfast, lunch, and networking moments will be included throughout the day.

​Schedule

• ​9:00 AM - Breakfast & kickoff

• ​9:30 AM - Team work sessions with coaches

• ​12:00 PM - Lunch break

• ​13:00 PM - Team work sessions with coaches

• ​5:30 PM - Break & public welcome

​At 6:00 PM, the event opens to the public for the final presentations and networking session.

​Part 3 - Public Session

​Starting at 6:00 PM, participants will pitch their projects to the audience and jury before joining the networking session.

​Each team will present:

• ​their approach,

• ​their methodology,

• ​the tools explored,

• ​and the solution they developed during the day.
