Matthew Khalili: called the “Brain-Pitch Expert” by Hustle Fund — Founder of New World Ventures and FINRA-registered representative at GT Securities, whose work has supported over $1 billion in U.S. capital formation and helped 500+ families achieve successful immigration outcomes through programs including EB-5, E-2, and L-1A. Beyond his client work, Matthew is a regular speaker and educator at HubSpot for Startups, Hustle Fund, USC Incubator, EB5 Investors Magazine, and the SAM Preccelerator Program. He teaches the neuroscience of pitching — showing founders and investors how decision-making and trust are shaped in the brain — and is known for demystifying the intersection of immigration, finance, and entrepreneurship, helping founders, developers, and investors navigate complex capital-market and regulatory landscapes with clarity and confidence. He holds FINRA Series 82 and Series 63 licenses.
Seema Mehta: is the Managing Attorney at the Law Offices of Seema Mehta. Apart from her Juris Doctor degree, she holds a Bachelors in Biology, a Masters in Commerce, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Information and Technology. She is an active member of variolous organizations like the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Texas Women Lawyers, Tarrant County Attorneys Association, Attorneys Serving the Community etc. to name a few. Additionally, she is on the board of three nonprofit organizations providing services to the underprivileged and indigent population.
Braxton Bartlett: is a former collegiate and professional basketball player turned real-estate investor, developer, and operator. He founded Paladin Capital, a development and management fund focused on residential assets with over 30 million in assets under management. He serves as managing partner of The Bartlett & Waskas Group, a growing commercial real-estate fund. A recent addition to EB5 Lending Alliance Sales team, Bartlett brings practical, on-the-ground real-estate experience to the EB-5 arena. His style pairs disciplined underwriting and crisp execution with brand-conscious operations—powered by a competitor’s drive and a team-first mindset shaped by high-level athletics.
Bartlett concentrates on resilient, cash-flowing properties and long-term partnerships with lenders, operators, and investors both domestically and abroad. Across both residential and commercial projects. For the EB5 world he works in deal analysis, sales, and overall project fluidity.
Robert Radovan: Robert Radovan is a senior executive in the Luxury Hotel and Resort industry for over 25 years. He was one of the founding partners of Criswell Radovan which developed luxury properties in North America and Europe. Most of the projects developed by Radovan have been ground up development projects where he developed the overall concept, designed, financed, built and operated the properties through their final disposition/sale. Most of the projects are highly known and acclaimed luxury projects such as Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, Museum Tower in Dallas, Texas, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin, Ireland. Radovan is currently developing the Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country, with his partners Mark Harmon and Tim Sparapani.
