​Kevin McDonnell and Sophie Swinn are convening an informal CEO Networking evening on the 22nd October at the Drake & Morgan, bringing together founders and CEOs for candid conversation with peers who understand the reality of building and scaling a company.

​Through Kevin and Sophie’s work with CEOs navigating growth, we've seen how rare it is to get honest peer conversation. Most rooms are either too formal to say anything real, or too transactional to be worth the evening. This one is neither.

​We're keen to bring together a small group of CEOs to talk openly about what's actually on your mind right now. Whether that's scaling the team, holding the culture together, managing the board, or just the weight of being the one everyone looks to.
