​9:00-9:15 AM: Meetup in front of Nirvana Soul

​9:15 AM: Welcome circle + warm up

​9:30 AM: Run start

​9:50ish AM: Run finish + post-run circle for community announcements

​10:00 AM: Social hour @ Nirvana Soul
