Heart to Heart, Women's Circle

​Come to warm your heart, share your story, and witness each other’s humanity, because no one blooms alone.

​Magic always happens when women get together, and my intention is to build a space that can become your safe haven, a place to just be, with no expectations or pressure.

​In this circle, we will begin with some simple breathwork exercises to tell our body it's okay to relax, we'll share who we are and why we're here, and we'll do a writing exercise called "Letters From Love" developed by Elizabeth Gilbert where we will write a letter to ourselves as if we were the spirit of Unconditional Love, and I won't tell you what we will do with those letters because it's a surprise (and my favourite part of the gathering).

​Come as you are, with kids, without, tired, happy, joyful or sad. I hope this space sparks a little light to your heart and leaves you feeling a little bit softer, seen, and loved.
