The Holistic Hub Roadshow – A Community Wellness Experience brings together a curated mix of wellness providers and creators for a guided group experience designed to help you explore holistic wellness in a welcoming and meaningful way.
This includes a blend of practitioners from the Holistic Hub community, local providers, and a few additional aligned practitioners who are looking to expand into new spaces in a meaningful way.
Rather than a traditional vendor market or expo, the Roadshow is designed as a shared journey - where we move through short Spotlight Experiences together, hear the stories behind the work, and connect directly with the people creating meaningful offerings in our community.
This is not a loud or overwhelming marketplace. It’s an intentional, experience-first environment with space to explore, ask questions, and discover what resonates with you.
Whether you are new to holistic wellness or already on your journey, this is a place to learn, connect, and grow.
🧘♀️ For Wellness Providers & Practitioners
If you are a wellness provider, you are just as welcome to attend as a participant.
Many practitioners join these events not only to share their work, but to experience, connect, and receive from others in the space.
It’s an opportunity to:
• Explore other modalities and approaches
• Build genuine relationships beyond business
• Feel part of a supportive and like-minded community
• Step out of “holding space” and into being in the experience
• Share about your work authentically with peers and open the door for collaboration

Throughout the event, you may experience offerings such as sound healing, qi gong, breathwork, movement, and more, depending on the practitioners present.
A full list of experiences and participating providers will be shared on the event discussion page on Facebook and within the Holistic Hub.
Many people leave these gatherings not only with new insights and resources, but with new connections and a deeper sense of community.
🔄 Event Flow
The Roadshow follows a gentle shared rhythm throughout the afternoon.
Spotlight Experiences and demonstrations are offered to the full group, one at a time, creating a collective experience we move through together.
Between sessions, there are intentional breaks for:
browsing tables
conversation
tea
booking mini sessions
The final portion of the event is open time for deeper connection and exploration.
You are welcome to stay for the full experience or leave when you feel complete.

The Holistic Hub is a growing wellness community designed to help hold the pieces together throughout our healing journeys.
It offers a space to bridge the areas that arise in between care - helping you discover what feels meaningful to you, while also supporting practitioners in sharing their gifts and leaning into their calling.
In many ways, it’s like being able to experience the Roadshow all year long - learning about different wellness providers, the passion behind their work, and how you can continue to connect and work more deeply with them.

For those sharing their work, this event is designed to feel supportive and accessible.
We offer different ways to step into sharing, allowing you to work within your comfort level without feeling like you need to overextend yourself.
Even showing up with just a few items that represent your work is more than enough.
This is a space to grow into your presence, not push beyond it.

This event will take place in the Learning Commons.
Please enter the school from the left-hand side of the building, where you’ll find a side entrance with parking available.
Once inside, the Learning Commons is located straight ahead.
