Trauma-Informed Leadership

​Join Martha Rackets for a training and guided discussion on trauma-informed leadership in behavioral health settings. We will explore what it means to lead in a trauma-informed way, what that looks like in day-to-day practice, and how leaders can better support both staff and the people they serve.

​We will also spend time reflecting on our own growth areas and talking openly about the real challenges of putting these ideas into practice. That includes staying within the empathic window for our teams, balancing compassion with business performance pressures, and thinking together about what helps or gets in the way of trauma-informed leadership in our organizations.
