The centerpiece of the event will take place at Ocular, located at the iconic Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa, with sweeping views of Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, and Cape Town’s skyline.

​Currency is built to maximise meaningful connections across three days, featuring a welcome reception, curated networking dinner, a full day of content and roundtables, a rooftop after party, and an activity-day with a select group of founders and investors.

​Day 1 – Welcome party (25 Feb)
An informal evening to kick off the gathering at the Lawns. Expect welcome remarks, food and drinks, stunning views, and plenty of time to connect.

​Day 2 – Main event (26 Feb)
A full day at Ocular with 100+ leaders from fintech, crypto, and investing. Highlights include a BVNK keynote, interactive debates, curated roundtables, case studies, and partner showcases — capped with a rooftop happy hour.

​Day 3 – Activity day (27 Feb)
Unwind on the Cape Town coast with a padel tournament at Glen Club, followed by casual networking, drinks, and snacks.
