An online conversation about natural health in organisations
For People, HR and Wellbeing Leads.
At Common Nature we understand that health and wellbeing are harder to support across organisations. Burnout, stress, illness and staff turnover are all increasing. But we also feel that it’s possible to support simpler, more accessible and more natural forms of health in organisations.
As part of our work to grow a culture of health in nature across the UK, we’re inviting in-house People, HR and Wellbeing leads into a conversation about the health challenges facing organisations, and the potential and value of nature-based responses.
It’ll be a chance to step back from the day-to-day and think together with peers facing the same challenges:
• What patterns are you seeing in the health of your people?
• What shifts would you most like to bring into your organisation?
• Where are organisations getting this right, and what can we learn from them?
Before we meet: once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a short survey. Your answers will shape the session, and we’ll open by sharing what we’ve heard across the group so our time together can go deeper.
You’ll leave with: a clearer picture of what others in your field are seeing, real examples of organisations supporting their people’s health well, and a few practical actions you can take straight away.
Your hosts: Andres Roberts, mentor and advisor for the movement, and Hermione Taylor, our senior business and operations lead.
