Primal Instinct - Full-day Embodiment Experience
There is a part of you that already intuits.
It feels deeply, moves freely, expresses what's true. It is your primal nature — connected to the earth, to the elements, to something older than the roles you play. And it is also longing for connection to others: your social primal instinct, a longing for community and union.
Primal Instinct is a day to live from that place. A day with your body, your senses, your animal nature — where you move, breathe, eat with your hands, and let go of your usual persona. A day to connect with others in a way that's real.
To play, to have fun, to simply be.
Part One: Animal Within (2pm - 5:00pm)
In the first part of the day, you meet your animal within — embodied exploration of our primal nature.
2:00pm — Arrival, check-in
2:15pm — Opening Circle
2:30pm – 3:45pm — Animal Within (embodiment session)
3:45pm – 4:00pm — Break
4:00pm – 5:00pm — Prey & Predator
5:00pm Closing

Part Two: Social Animal (6:30pm - 11:00pm)
In the second part, you meet your inner social animal:
6:30pm – 7:00pm — Arrivals & DJ
7:00pm – 7:30pm — Consent, Boundaries, Sovereignty and Freedom workshop (you must attend this to continue with the evening)
7:30pm – 8:15pm — A communal feast eaten entirely with your hands.
8:15pm – 9:30pm — Immersive theatre & poetry inviting you to play, express & witness.
9:30pm – 9:45pm — Break
9:45pm – 11:00pm — Guides Social Animal Play Space (Guided connections with others — movement, play, dance, sound, touch).
11:00pm - 11:30pm — Dancing & Wind-down
Here, we get to authentically connect with others, express ourselves and have fun together.
*Spaces for Primal Instinct are limited, and this one tends to sell out. If this speaks to you, we'd suggest not waiting.
*We encourage you to join us for the full experience. The first part connects you with your own essence, and from that open and embodied space we transition into the second, more social part. Food is served in the evening only.
