Second Attention: A 4-Week Focus Intensive
A four-week Focus Intensive from Vayu Labs. Modern work trains your attention to fragment. This trains it to hold.
Second Attention is a small November cohort for people who do focused, cognitively demanding work and want a repeatable way to enter focus, reset after interruption, and recover without collapse. Guided group coaching, daily practice, and custom focus audio, built into one practical system.
The four-week path
Week 1, Reclaim your focus: set up your environment and attention targets so starting deep work gets easier.
Week 2, Recover to perform: learn reset protocols and a power-down rhythm that refuel focus instead of draining it.
Week 3, Command your state: use breath, physiology, audio, and feedback to shift gears deliberately.
Week 4, Drop into flow: apply the full system to deep work, and leave with a personal focus protocol.
Schedule
Four live group meetings on Thursdays: November 19, December 3, 10 and 17. No meeting on Thanksgiving, November 26.
5:00 to 6:00 PM MT (4:00 PM PT, 7:00 PM ET). 60 minutes each.
Every meeting is recorded, so a missed week will not set you back.
Plan on 15 minutes of meditation or neurofeedback, 3 to 5 times a week.
Pricing
$149 for the full four weeks.
Money-back guarantee: try the first week. If it isn't for you, email us before the second session on December 3 and we'll refund the full amount.
