The morning session is structured work. Participants are placed into curated groups, each solving a Problem Statement drawn from the industry's most pressing challenge.
The afternoon session shifts to a live panel format, where a representative from each group discusses their team’s solution and recommendation.
Every workshop attendee's participation is credited in a co-authored industry whitepaper.

Track B—The Productivity Benchmark: Building the Executive Case for Tech Investment
Construction is one of the most risk-averse industries in the world, and that caution shapes every technology investment decision made at the executive level. How do you make the case before the money is spent? What does the productivity measurement framework, investment thesis, and board-defensible case look like at scale?

How to Prepare:
Approved registrants will receive a pre-workshop packet that will detail their assigned Problem Statement and the framework for the working sessions. Bring your laptop, a notepad, and yourself—that's it. Arrive with a point of view or a perspective shaped by your experience, not a polished answer.
