Restorative Mama

​Restorative Mama is a soft, nonjudgmental space to understand the body’s natural(!) response to stress, then learn practical, body-based skills to regulate your nervous system in the midst of the chaos of motherhood and life. These skills are designed to nourish internal safety and stabilization—and are meant to be integrated into your everyday life!! Stories of my own trauma healing will be shared. The whole workshop is meant to serve as a refreshing reset for you, and an accessible community resource.
