Conflict in Cohousing Communities - Part 1 of 2

​Conflict is inevitable—but responding to conflict effectively is a skill that supports  personal growth and deepens community bonds. This workshop reviews the Haven Institute's "Communication” model and teaches their “Clearing" model for maintaining – even deepening -  connection and supporting growth during challenging circumstances.

​You'll learn to:

• ​Take the space you need to breathe and determine next steps in triggering situations

• ​Show up authentically in relationship with your future neighbours

• ​Listen deeply, breathe through difficulty, and work through conflict harmoniously

• ​Perhaps even regard conflict as an opportunity to learn about yourself and deepen your connection with others.
