Stop Wasting Time: How to Prompt AI to Do What You Actually Want the 1st Time
Have you ever asked AI for help, only to spend 30 extra minutes fixing the prompt, making the whole process take so much longer than if you had just done it yourself? Meanwhile everyone is singing the praises of how amazing AI is.
Here's what I've learned sitting with nonprofit teams across Colorado, the difference between an AI draft you delete and one you can actually send comes down to what you say in the first 30 seconds.
On October 22, I'm handing over the prompting playbook I use every day and charge Nonprofit EDs $3K+ to learn (No Gatekeeping).
A taste of what we'll cover:
A simple three-part structure that will show you exactly what's been missing from your prompts.
A move that gets AI to sharpen its own work before it ever reaches you.
And one question that flips the whole script: AI starts asking you.
You'll practice all three on your real work, in the room, with me walking around helping. Grant paragraphs, board updates, donor thank-yous, whatever is sitting on your desk that week.
If you leave without at least one prompt you'll use again next week, find me before you walk out and I'll build it with you on the spot.
Bring a laptop. This is hands-on from the first ten minutes. Two hours, and you'll spend most of it working on your own documents.
Who this is for: Exclusively for Colorado nonprofit Executive Directors and leaders carrying equivalent responsibilities.
No sales pitch. No AI experience required.
WARNING: Prepare to be spoiled! 😉 Free. Snacks and beverages provided. And you will personally be served.
This is part of my calling, to build the ETS Community workshop series, a monthly gathering for Colorado nonprofit leaders, where every month we have a new topic solving your biggest pain points.
I'm Regis Arzu. I spent five years working directly with nonprofit Executive Directors helping people like you save time and money leveraging AI. This is the same material I teach in my client trainings, but here I can dive deeper in one topic.
