​Finance Operators is a casual meetup for founders, finance & ops people, developers, and anyone curious about how companies manage their money and operations behind the scenes.

​What's the format?

​Around 15-20 people sitting together, sharing what they're working on, what they've figured out, and what they're still struggling with.

​Bring a workflow you've built, an automation you're excited about, a tool worth sharing, or simply a problem you've been thinking about.

​No presentations, no panels, no experts on stage. Just an open conversation, practical ideas, and people comparing notes.

​This is our first meetup. We're keeping things deliberately open and seeing where the conversation takes us.

​We'd love to build a small Warsaw community where people can regularly exchange ideas, share useful tools, learn from each other's experiments, and occasionally discover that someone else has already solved the problem they're stuck on.
