In this workshop, we'll explore where the inner critic comes from, how it shows up in our leadership and communication, and — most importantly — practical cognitive strategies to quiet self-doubt, build compassion, and spotlight your superpowers.
About your facilitator:
Ingrid Hu Dahl is the Founder & CEO of her own coaching and consulting business, specializing in leadership and inclusion, and life transitions. Her career journey includes leadership roles at Gap Inc, Meta, Capital One, KQED and several nonprofit organizations. She is a TEDx speaker and former lecturer at Barnard, Rutgers and the New School. She is a founding member of a rock n' roll camp for girls in Brooklyn, NYC; has performed in multiple touring bands; and, created two short film projects on identity and being mixed race. Her debut book, Sun Shining on Morning Snow: a memoir about identity, loss and living boldly, has won multiple awards. Dahl lives with her wife, Courtney and her dog Palo Santo in Sausalito, CA.
