We have nearly tripled product velocity, and over 1100 of our 1300 employees now use Claude Code. How we operate, and how we are organised, is unrecognisable from any point in our history. Through April and May 2026, we shipped eight Tier 1 product launches, one every single week.

The transition to get to this place was brutal but necessary. The biggest mistake I see Execs and Leaders make is not making the truly hard decisions required to succeed. I personally learned to throw away many things I thought were very important, and I significantly changed how I lead.
