Come experience intentional yoga, mindful breathing, gentle strength, and spiritual grounding at your own pace. This class offers a supportive space to feel more grounded in your body, steady in your breath, and connected to your inner calm.
ROK Yoga Flow is offered as a community-supported practice. For those who are not able to pay at this time but would still like to receive the benefits of yoga, donation-based attendance is welcome.
Michelle Wagman has been devoted to the practice of yoga for over 35 years and completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training through a lineage-informed program rooted in the precision, reverence, and sacred discipline of the Iyengar tradition.
