Harvest Moon Vendor Application
Harvest Moon is back at Crazy Daisies...
...and expanding into mulitple greenhouses this year! Hosted by Fringed Benefits Interiors, this fan-favorite holiday market will kick off on Friday night with a private opening for the friends and family of the Elmcrest Board Members. The evening will include live music, light bites and an open bar. Tickets for the VIP opening will be $60 and sold directly through Elmcrest's website.
The main event on Saturday & Sunday will be open to the public with $10 admission available for purchase at the door. This one-of-a-kind shopping event will directly benefit Elmcrest Children’s Center in Syracuse.
VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND ALL THREE DAYS:
Friday, November 6th from 6-8pm (VIP Event)
Saturday, November 7th from 10-5pm (Open to the Public)
Sunday, November 8th from 10-3pm (Open to the Public)
Your vendor fee of $300 includes a 12x8' booth space in the heated greenhouse, brand exposure across our advertising platforms and access to electricity. Vendors are responsible for their own table and chairs.
Vendors agree to promote the event on their channels, use marketing materials (flyers and social media graphics) provided, and grant the host permission to use their name, logo, and images in marketing relating to promoting the event.
Additionally, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the host, venue, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation. Vendors are responsible for damages to the venue caused by their setup, products, or actions.
