​I did the first version of this in Atlanta last year and loved what came out of it.

​Firm owners who had never met before left with new relationships, referral connections, and ideas they could actually use in their businesses.

​So I’m taking it on the road.

​Lunch at Andros Taverna

​I’m bringing together a small group of accounting firm owners, fractional CFO firm owners, and independent RIA / wealth management firm owners in Chicago.

​The goal is to get people around one table who should probably already know each other.

​We’ll trade notes on what everyone is seeing right now, where good clients are coming from, what’s converting, what isn’t, how firms are positioning themselves, what clients are asking for, referral opportunities between firms, and lessons everyone has learned from building an independent practice.

​I also spend most of my time talking to firms across the country and people actively looking to hire them, so I’ll share what I’m seeing from my side too including patterns in demand, what clients seem to care about most right now, what I’m seeing work across different firms, and where I think there may be opportunities people are missing.

​My hope is that everyone leaves with new relationships, useful ideas, potential referral partners, and at least one thing they can take back to their firm and use immediately.

​Keeping the table intentionally small so everyone can actually participate.
