Stories Worth Telling: The Making of Global Voices for Peace
How do you go about putting together a book, particularly a collection of inspiring stories about peacebuilders from around the world? Where do you start? And as a contributor, why would you say yes to joining such an endeavor?
If you're thinking about writing a book, curious about the answers to these questions, or simply want to learn about peacebuilders from around the world, this lunchtime event is for you! Join the RPFAA's North America & Caribbean Chapter as we hear from Susan Hartley, a Rotary Peace Fellow, clinical psychologist, and author of Global Voices for Peace: An Introduction to Peacebuilders and the Hope They Bring. She'll share her process of compiling the anthology and will be joined by a few of her contributors who will discuss why they said yes to collaborating.
All proceeds from book sales go to charities, including the Rotary Peace Fellow Alumni Association.
