The Skill of Logical Thinking: Be More Right, and Bring People With You

Luma Page

LIVE Event + Recording & PDF

Why do I do these?
I wanted to share my core motivation behind these sessions. I believe it matters. And I believe it is very unique.

I do everything I do because I want to help great people get ahead and learn the rarest and most potent skills to do so.

Your life is on a branch of the multiverse. I want your life (and career) to be on the highest branch possible, filled with more opportunities, success, and quality of life.

The Skill of Logical Thinking: Be More Right, and Bring People With You

Logic should happen twice. First when you figure out what to do, and again when you bring other people along. On most teams, it happens zero times.

That's not because people are bad thinkers. Brains run memory and emotion first, and logic only if we choose to turn it on. Skipping logic feels logical the whole time. And everyone you're trying to convince runs the same order, which is why announcing your conclusion so often gets resistance, pushback, and weird compromise.

This session goes deep into the toolkit from my Logical Thinking course. We'll cover how to reason causally so you're right more often, and how to lead other people through the same reasoning so they reach your conclusion on their own and actually buy in.

What you'll learn

  • How to tell when your memory and emotions are answering a question that logic should be answering

  • The four questions that turn on causal reasoning under uncertainty

  • The 5 steps of priming: how to put someone's memory, emotions, and logic in the right frame before you share an idea

  • How to structure a conversation so people reach your conclusion themselves

  • Logical dialogue: the specific language that moves a room from trading perspectives to working out what's true

The Structure
These 90-minute Friday sessions are a blend of original material, discussion, Q&A, and take-home materials. This week includes an extended Q&A, so bring a real decision or idea you're trying to land.

Afterwards, you'll receive:

  • The recording of the session

  • A PDF of the presentation and logical thinking framework

  • A full credit of your ticket toward the Logical Thinking course on Maven

  • A discount for 1:1 coaching
